Self-governance will enable us to realise a peaceful and loving parallel society

What is the Community Assembly of the British Isles all about? It is many things but I would like to look at, and explore, what it is at its core - at its very heart. Without meaning to offend, it's very much about growing up. Yes, boys and girls, it's time for us to grow up and become responsible. Let me explain.

For generations we've had it pretty good. Nanny has looked after us quite well when you come to think of it. Not feeling very well - pop down to the hospital and you will be cared for, for free. Oh, your job has come to an end because the company has stopped operating - don't worry, we'll give you some money to tide you over. Naturally, Nanny is always concerned with your safety and even tells you how fast you can drive on certain roads, and many, many similar rules, all in the name of keeping you 'safe'.

In setting up such a wonderful infrastructure by which to live, Nanny has had to make up a few rules to ensure there is no chaos and to make sure everything runs smoothly. It made sense at first, so initially we were okay with it ... at first.

Unfortunately, over the years, Nanny has developed a power complex and I think you may agree, has become too big for her boots - far too big - and the control we have allowed her to have, has gone beyond the living of life.

It has taken away one of our most powerful assets as a homo sapien. It has taken away our very own authority. It has taken away some of the flow of our true creativity.

For some reason we fell into the trap of believing that if there is no authority there will be absolute chaos. I suggest that to be an excellent piece of programming!

While all this nannying is going on, what happened to Natural Law? Somehow it seems to have been forgotten as Nanny piled on more rules. You see, if you put Natural Law together with individual self-governance, then surely chaos would have very little room to operate? This might seem a little simplistic but I would suggest that by encouraging individual self-governance and by encouraging a man or a woman to exercise their free-will, guided by Natural Law, surely it can only bring about a peaceful society.

This is what I believe to be at the heart or core of the Community Assembly of the British Isles. It is about each of us being the author of our individual lives.

I believe the more we individually live our lives infused with Natural Law, it reactivates and enables love to be more prominent in our living of life. This is certainly my experience.

How come three simple words 'do no harm' can have such an effect? All I can say is it has to be your experience by looking at life through asking if harm is being done to any sentient being by whatever action you are choosing.

I believe it also leads to greater responsibility. I will not deny that as a younger man I was very irresponsible. I won't tell you any of those stories now as it will only add credence to my grumpy old man image!

Being the author of your own life coupled with Natural Law has the effect of recognising one's responsibility to all others and this planet. Here again we are getting to the heart of the Community Assembly of the British Isles. In addition to all the amazing and wonderful groups and hubs that are being put together, we are here to firstly recognise that we do not need a Nanny anymore. To question our mindset of the past and to come back to our true humane selves.

This parallel society we are creating is putting into place many of the aspects and systems of present day life which we are used to, but under our control and our authorship. Authors who live under Natural Law. It seems best to do it this way as I am sure most of you are aware many find radical change a little difficult. Although, as we free ourselves from the chains of our present system, there will in fact be many changes as our freedom will help us to look to our mind-set and free up our creativity to an even greater degree.

As time goes on, some of what we are putting into place now won’t be necessary and the way things are run could change also. For example, why have the need for certification when all are living truly and authentically under Natural Law? Why have registration when a man’s word is his/her bond? There was a time when an agreement was agreed upon by word of mouth (in-voice) or the shaking of hands.

To me the Community Assembly of the British Isles is about broadening our minds and looking to our stuck mind-sets. When you think of the ease with which the covid propaganda took hold, we recognise our naivety and trustfulness, not just because we are kind and loving creatures at heart, but due to an education system that indoctrinated instead of encouraging a broadening and individualising of the mind. Remember this thing we call a mind is in fact a super computer, far better than anything you can purchase at the Apple store or create using Artificial Intelligence (AI)!

We are the authors of life and the living of it. Being part of our own community is a way of putting us back into the driving seat. I think we have only just begun to raise our consciousness to the heights of possibility.

In the meantime I would like to take us back to the declaration we are all asked to agree to when signing up to become a Member: 

"I am a free living being of flesh and blood, heart and soul. I stand under Natural Law, shared by all, as the basis for rationality and ethical values where to do no harm is the only rule. I make a personal commitment, divinely inspired, where, all that is required, is that I cause no loss to another, nor commit any fraud and keep the peace as I journey through each beautiful day, unhindered and free."

This simple statement has power, for it places you into your authorship of life and in every part of a new parallel society that recognises your adulthood and the responsibility placed in your hand - not feeling like a burden but feeling a sense of standing tall in freedom, free to create and care.

Standing under Natural Law. Living in Natural Law. Being Natural Law. It is already in you. One of the miracles of the homo sapien is that divine law is already written in your hearts by the Finger of God. Sir Edward Coke, who was the lord chief justice pointed this out, back in the 16th Century. He used those very words. When we know deep down this is part of who and what we are, we will be able to retire Nanny altogether. And the authority we allowed her to take, we can take back for ourselves by taking full responsibility for ourselves.

To me this is the core aspect of what CA British Isles is showing us. Not leading but encouraging us and supporting us to become truly individual. It is about being an individual with deep down responsibility where Natural Law guides that responsibility. It's about being a self authored responsible individual, where the greater one’s power becomes in the collective creation of the many hubs and groups that are springing up under the CA British Isles banner.

All the services, directories and support on offer can be found on the website, sometimes a little tricky to navigate, only because there is so much excellent information. Couple it together with local and regional meetings where we build relationships and knowledge, recognising and uplifting our energies for the joyous living of life.
