What is Back Care?
Back Care health refers to practices, healing therapies and preventative treatments which are designed to maintain a healthy spine, reduce back and neck pain and strengthen the bones to prevent injury. Back Care practitioners include physiotherapists, chiropractors, orthopedic doctors and massage therapists who use methods such as massage, manual adjustments, exercises and lifestyle advice to maintain a healthy back and manage pain when injured.
