Membership Terms & Conditions 


1) It is a condition of membership for all members to agree to abide by Natural Law according to the four tenets which are: do no harm, cause no loss, commit no fraud and keep the peace.


2) It is a condition of membership for all members to agree to vote 'Yes, No or Abstain' in response to emails sent directly to them with REQUEST TO VOTE displayed in the subject line. A warning email will be sent out a few days prior unless it is an urgent matter. Members have 7 days from the date of the request email to respond. If members fail to respond, their vote will be counted as 'No' and if members fail to vote 3 times in a row without good reason, they will no longer receive updates or be eligible for our various services. Should the situation change, a request can be made for full membership to be reinstated as long as this is accompanied by references from two existing members.


3) Members of the Community Assembly of the British Isles (CABI) hereby voluntarily assume all risks of accident or damage to his or her person or property and hereby agrees that neither CABI nor any of its staff/facilitators shall be liable for any claim, liability, or demand of any kind for or on account of personal injury, damage, or loss of any kind sustained by any person. 

 

4) The member agrees that, while representing CABI, their conduct will not present danger to themselves or to other persons or interfere with the enjoyment of others. 

 

5) CABI has a no refund policy for donations or other contributions made under any circumstance. 

 

6) Children under the age of 16 must have the permission of a guardian to join CABI. 

 

7) CABI reserves the right to cancel or ban any member without any prior notice should they renegue on their declaration to abide by Natural Law. 

 

8) he availability of services is on a priority basis with members given preference. 

 

9) CABI reserves the right to charge the Member for any damages or losses arising from negligence. 

 

10) CABI reserves the right to cancel services subject to weather conditions or other unforeseen setbacks without prior notice. 

 

11) In case of service-cancellation, the member booked for a service delivery will have priority within a maximum of one month period. 

 

12) Appropriate language that adheres to common courtesy and Natural Law is mandatory for all communications, comments and contributions made by email, telephone or through online channels. 

 

13) Any members with special needs are invited to notify CABI with any requests for adjustments or support in terms of making contact and receiving general communications.
