Serving and supporting the local community

An Introduction to Peace Keepers and the Community Peace Service

Community Peace Service

The Community Peace Service was created to bring together, train and support Community Peace Keepers and Community Peace Constables in their predominant role helping law abiding Members deal with matters of law within their community and to provide support and help to resolve disputes.

We are looking for people of all ages and backgrounds to join the service so that every local community can benefit from our service. Anyone who has the desire to proactively support local Members and uphold the rule of law will be instrumental in making sure that those who have caused so much grief and corruption in the past never have the opportunity to do so again.

Community Peace Service

The Community Peace Service trains Members of all ages and backgrounds so that in time every Community Assembly can benefit from our service. Anyone who has the desire to proactively support Members and local people to uphold the rule of Natural Law will be instrumental in making sure that those who have caused so much grief and corruption in the past, never have the opportunity to do so again.

The Community Peace Service is for those who have:

  • Common sense and neutrality
  • A willingness to work as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and share new skills
  • A desire to uphold the rule of Natural Law
  • Honesty, compassion and integrity
  • The will to hold those accountable who do wrong.

Community Peace Keepers - Volunteers

Community Peace Keepers support Members and arbitrate in matters of dispute to ensure a resolution can be found. They are lawful first-aiders and it is always the intention to seek resolution without needing to employ the services of the Kernow Assembly and Kort Ownder.

Community Peace Keepers have been created to help secure a just and equitable existence for our Members and the wider community as a whole, by defending the peoples' peace and preserving our inalienable rights according to Natural Law.

Community Peace Constables - Volunteers

Community Peace Constables are trained to carry out the requests of the Kernow Assembly and Kort Ownder and may also be requested to serve the orders of a Kort Ownder Jury. Community Peace Constables trained in the role of Kort Judicator may be asked to attend Kort to uphold the wishes of the Jury, to make sure due process is followed and to provide back-up for the Community Peace Keepers.

Community Peace Constables - Pearls of Wisdom

There are no levels of rank or hierarchy in the Peace Keeping Service, only the allocation of Pearls of Wisdom (see below) for additional knowledge and experience. Pearls of Wisdom come in the form of round silver studs which are attached to each collar of the Twill Shirt in rows which are removable for washing purposes.

Pearls of Wisdom are given for additional training in things like Kort Judication, Advanced Arbitration, Kort Auditing, etc

Community Peace Service Training - Free of Charge

Having completed the Peace Keeper’s online course (as referred to in the first 3 sections of this manual), the next step is to complete your Community Peace Keeper and/or Community Peace Constable training as provided by the Community Assembly of the British Isles.

There is no charge for the training, this manual is provided for you to refer to and add notes to, and part of your uniform will be provided for as well (see below).

Training includes reading and undertanding the contents of this manual. You do not have to memorise everything but are expected to know where to find and refer to the correct information and references when required.

Community Peace Service Oath - Uniform & ID Badge

When you have been issued your uniform, we will arrange for your oath to be witnessed by a Kort Ownder with a minimum Jury of 9 Members or Facilitators. You will then be asked to go out on patrol to meet local people in your uniform with the team and you may be asked to attend meetings in uniform if required.

On successful completion of your training, Community Peace Constables are issued with warranted ID cards. These are required for authentication and protection when dealing with external agents.

Our thanks to Members who donated towards purchasing a new ID badge-making machine in early 2025.

Peace Keepers have been created to help secure a just and equitable existence, coming together to defend the people's peace, to restore and preserve our inalienable rights, the highest standing in truth to be sovereign.
