Counselling
What is Counselling?
Counselling is provided by a professional as a confidential and safe talking therapy where a trained, non-judgmental practitioner helps individuals explore emotions, relationships, behaviours, addictions, trauma and mental health challenges. It aims to help people gain insights, learn techniques to cope with difficulties and bring about effective life changes centred around natural, holistic and spiritual health.

I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.
