Community Assembly of North Yorkshire
Serving, supporting and protecting our local communities
About Us
The Community Assembly of North Yorkshire represents the largest ceremonial county in England, covering an area of 3,480 square miles. It is one of four counties in England to hold the name Yorkshire; the three other counties are the East Riding of Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
Community Assemblies are made up of residents concerned about a lack of democratic process at a local and national level, dedicated to preserving and asserting our inalienable rights and obligations to ourselves, the Earth and future generations.
