Community Assembly of the British Isles
Serving, supporting and protecting our assemblies and local communities
The Community Assembly of the British Isles describes all the islands and lands of Britain including Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, the Isle of Man, Shetland, Orkney, Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and thousands of smaller islands. The capital city of London dates back to Roman times. Early writings refer to the British Isles as Albion and Lerne (or Albion and Ireland) but the word Briton came from the ancient people who inhabited most of England, Wales and Cornwall known as Brythons or Brittons.
Assemblies of the World are made up of residents concerned about a lack of democratic process at a local and national level, dedicated to preserving and asserting our inalienable rights and obligations to ourselves, the Earth and future generations.
Founding Emissary
Emissaries and Facilitators of enlisted Assemblies of the World in the Group Directory are also affiliate members of the Community Assembly of the British Isles.
