Community Assembly of Lincolnshire
Serving, supporting and protecting our local communities
About us
The Community Assembly of Lincolnshire is located in the East Midlands of England. During pre-Roman times, most of Lincolnshire was inhabited by the Corieltauvi people. The language of the area at that time would have been Common Brittonic, the precursor to modern Welsh and Cornish and the name Lincoln was derived from Lindum Colonia.
Community Assemblies are made up of residents concerned about a lack of democratic process at a local and national level, dedicated to preserving and asserting our inalienable rights and obligations to ourselves, the Earth and future generations.
